Leaving Heini’s, I drove over the Klausen Pass. On the way down the oil light came on so I tried to dind some in Wassen. Unfortunately they didn’t take cards. Over the Susten pass, then stopping for a cup of coffee at the Grimsel. I got held up in Brig due to it being rush hour and road works. A blast down the Rhone Valley until another hold up near Lausanne where the road was blocked due to a collision. I finally reached the hotel at 10 PM only to find there was no food and the vending machines didn’t take cards. 292 miles 1715 total.
