Day 11 Another non driving day with a bit of sightseeing by tram. Using my free ticket, I could even go into Germany with it at Weil Am Rhein, then to Birsfelden, Burgfelden Grenze, Pratteln, and Bruderholz. After 5 hours I was suffering from a numb bum so had a beer. In the evening it wqas back to the Brunen Mutz for Kalbsleberli and Rosti
When I arrived at the restaurant, there were some drums piled up outside, before long I could hear pipe music approaching. Of course they stopped at the restaurant. After a lot of chat by which time there seemed to be 3 groups. They lined up and all left together, playing.
For me it brought my holiday to a perfect end as I was heading home the next day.
